SleepWizard is a wellness application designed to help you understand and improve your sleep habits. The app integrates with Apple Watch to collect sleep data, allows you to log contextual factors, and provides AI-powered coaching through your own API key.

The sleep data, scores, and recommendations provided are for informational purposes only. If you have concerns about a sleep disorder such as sleep apnea, insomnia, or other medical conditions, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

3. Subscription Terms

Pricing: Annual subscription is $29.99/year ($2.50/month equivalent). Monthly subscription is $3.99/month.
Free Trial: A 14-day free trial is available with the annual plan only. The monthly plan charges immediately with no trial period. Payment method is required to start the trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends.
Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period.

4. User Responsibilities

By using SleepWizard, you agree to:

Provide your own API key for AI coaching features (from Anthropic or OpenAI)
Use the AI coach responsibly and not for purposes it was not designed for
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the app's source code
Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Ensure your Apple Watch has sleep tracking enabled for full functionality

5. Intellectual Property

SleepWizard, including its design, features, content, and the Somni mascot, are the intellectual property of SleepWizard You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SleepWizard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of SleepWizard.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SleepWizard is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Apple Watch data accuracy depends on Apple's hardware and software, which we do not control.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to SleepWizard at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of SleepWizard after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
