SleepWizard is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information. The short version: your data stays on your device, and we don't sell or share it with third parties for advertising.

HealthKit Data

SleepWizard accesses HealthKit data (sleep analysis, heart rate, heart rate variability, respiratory rate, and blood oxygen) solely to provide sleep tracking and coaching features. This data is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers, sold, or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

AI Coaching & Third-Party Providers

If you use the AI Sleep Coach feature, your sleep summaries and conversation messages are sent directly to your chosen AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) using your personal API key. SleepWizard does not process, store, or have access to this data — it passes directly from your device to the AI provider.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right to access: Your data is stored on your device — you have full access at all times
Right to deletion: Delete the app to remove all data
Right to portability: Use the data export feature (Premium) to export your data

Children's Privacy

SleepWizard is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
